Litisha Bagadia, Co-Founder
Litisha co-founded Teen Theory, after leading the Ayika Foundation internationally for years as its founder, receiving national media features in The Economic Times, Midday, and more. She has shared her journey as a TEDx speaker. She is the recipient of the Diana Award (2023) and the Social Reformer of the Year Award by Indian Cabinet Minister Piyush Goyal. Having acceptances from USA's Dartmouth (IVY League)- with a Scholarship; Singapore's NUS- with a Scholarship; and Canada's UBC- with a 100% Scholarship, she enables students by counselling them to write a standout application and prepares them for the SAT exam, with 1570 in dSAT herself.
Naman Jain, Co-Founder
Naman co-founded Teen Theory, after successfully growing his first company Tads as its founder to over 15+ countries in the last 5 years. A national-level public speaker and educator, Naman is an academic rank holder (conferred by the Ministry of Education) and an esteemed alumni of Hansraj College, University of Delhi. Under his leadership, his company has grown multifolds with offices in 3 leading Indian cities- Jaipur, Mumbai, and Bengaluru- having worked with over 3000+ individuals globally. He closely works with students on their capstone projects and skill development verticals, ensuring that they become the top 0.1% in their niche.
Mr. Hardik Bishnoi, Director
Hardik, is a Harvard University Research Scholar, a pre-doctoral researcher at LSE, a graduate from Imperial College London, and has worked with JP Morgan, Black Rock, and Bain and Company. Hardik brings a wealth of experience and excellence in his mentorship for our students. Hardik is one of the very few people globally who has received acceptances from 4 Ivy League Colleges namely: Yale, Brown, Cornell, and Princeton!
Dr. Sugandh Jha, Research Advisor
Dr. Sugandh is a PhD in Cultural Geography. She specializes in mentoring students to create impactful research projects that strengthen their academic profiles for top global universities. With over seven years of dedicated academic and industry research experience, she has a track record of producing error-free publications. Her PhD topic was “Matrimony, Marriage and Migration: A Case Study of Saurath Sabha, Mithila Region India.”
Mr. Vansh Bansal, CS & AI Mentor
Vansh is an IIT Kanpur (CS) Graduate and a PhD Researcher at UT Austin. His prowess lies in AI for Social Good, Probabilistic Machine Learning, and Computational Statistics. Having worked for Google and Oracle, he brings an enormous wealth of mentorship for our students in the technological domain.
Mrs. Srividya Shivkumar, Career Counselor
A passionate educator with over 15 years of experience in the Middle East, Srividya strongly believes in a student-centric approach to education. With an International Diploma in Early Childhood Education from MCI London, she has completed the 3-stage ICC (Masters) through NCDA USA and has inculcated global perspectives and competencies, enabling her to offer world-class career coachs.
Mrs. Nidhi Bhantia, Profiling Mentor
Nidhi is a Silicon Valley Serial Entrepreneur, Educational Leadership Consultant (ELC), and Business Coach. In the USA, Nidhi has founded three companies and had successful exits in each. An ex-McKinsey strategist, Nidhi helps students build their career trajectories, incubate their entrepreneurial ventures, and guide them on excelling in a highly competitive college landscape.
Ms. Eishika Mehta, Academic Support Specialist
Eishika Mehta is a seasoned academic skill support expert. She has helped more than 600 students excel at academics, with many students showing 50-70% improvement in their academic scores after working with her.
